Wholesale Inquiries & Bulk:

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for visiting and viewing TOB (Tricked Out Birdhouse).  While I strive to be  perfect,  we all know things happen.  Please let me know if there is a damaged or missing component or accessory to your new Masterpiece or order.  With thanx; please read our policies below.

A. Returns: With one exception on apparel, There are NO returns, refunds or exchanges on any works of art. (Sculptures, Models, Paintings,  Photos, Hand painted items). This is just not possible for us to do with shipping pricing and scams. Please read Below. 

     All sales are final. (Apparel exceptions)

B. Missing Parts or Accessories:  We photograph every shipment       in the packaging during handling and packing so it is very             unlikely there would be a missing component.  If we did miss         something like (one of our kit parts for example). Please                 contact us and we will get it out to you ASAP.

C. Damage on delivery:  Shipping can be rough but I package the       works very very well (too well the wife says). Contact us and         let us know if there is.  We ask that you send us Photos of the         damage area and the box so I may improve what I can and to         see if a simple repair is warranted. If there is any damage on           delivery this would be a shipping claim. I would then contact         the carrier and make an insurance claim. This process may             take two or more weeks. Once this process is complete You           my return the piece and a refund will be given. OR You may           opt for repairs if possible. We do not directly refund as this is         not possible do to scams. Any one Item over $100                           must/will be  shipped with insurance. This is reflected in the           shipping price. (this is subject to change)

D. Repairs:  If your Piece has been damaged or used outdoors, 

     Is warn or scratched or broken.  They may be repaired at the           customers expense.  Contact me for shipping and repair cost. 

     (MUST be packaged well) any extra damage may increase 

     price. Sometimes a repair may be simply adding an extra               component to hide, disguise or change the damaged location.         the model may look slightly different due to the repair but             you'll never know it was damaged. Very simple repairs can be       made by the customer if warranted and you may contact me           for help.

Apparel & Gear:

Only "Defective" apparel (T-Shirts etc.) and gear (bags, tumblers etc.) items and "misprints" can be exchanged for the same "EXACT" item only. Pictures of the problem will be needed, No exceptions. This is the printers Policy. Please make sure you purchase the correct sizes and items as there are no returns for the wrong item, size, color or accidental orders. We TOB "CANNOT" process a refund, however we are happy to have the order replaced if the clothing item is damaged or misprinted. Please allow about two weeks as the refund is processed through Printify and my printer. (their policies). Again We have no options or way to give you a refund. Our Artistic apparel is printed through Printify using the best textile fabrics we can get through the best printers we can find. We do our best to provide the BEST QUALITY we can by ordering and testing the quality of the material and prints through Printers like Underground Threads & Swiftpod; who print for large manufacturing lines and labels. I DO NOT LIKE cheap stuff. This may reflect in our pricing. I believe that "You get what you pay for". 

Apparel return

We are a Two person team and do not have the resources for wholesale.  But please contact us for inquiries on bulk orders of our accessories, Trinkets and supplies.  We may be able to provide discounts.

Shipping & Handling & Packaging:

  • Sculptures: Shipping is different for each sculpture due to size weight and method of shipment. The customer determines this depending on the options chosen.  It is possible that a courier may be hired to hand deliver your sculpture.  It is also possible to personally pick up your order in Irvine or Rancho Santa Margarita Ca. to save shipping if this suits you. If you would like to pick up your purchase please contact us before or directly after purchase (((This only applies to Sculptures and products added directly to that Sculpture purchase.)))

  • Accessories, Trinkets, supplies, small birdhouses/feeders and other small products: are shipped via the best method available to me at the time.  Typical shipping time is one to 3 days to ship and 5 to 7 days actual travel.  Realistically total time is about 6 days though USPS shipping the day after the order which I try to do. All are tracked and you will receive a tracking number.

  • Gear, T-Shirts & Apparel: Orders are submitted to production Through our Print Provider at 8pm every night and are placed directly into the production que to be printed and shipped as soon as possible. Avg has been 10 days from purchase to receive. Delivery times are approximately 6 - 12 business days.

  • Packaging 1: Sculptures and higher priced items are first Final checked, Photographed, bagged in plastic, sealed, then cushioned padded securely in an appropriate sized box or crate. It is then photographed again with any accessories, hangers or extras ordered.  The box/crate is sealed and labeled and ready for shipping.  This is the case for all Sculptures even If hand delivered or picked up. All are tracked and insured.

  • Packaging 2: Smaller birdhouses, kits and works or pieces will be packaged well in appropriate boxes and padding. Usually shipped the next day. We typically ship two to three times per week. But we really try to ship your order out the next day if possible. All are tracked and you will receive a tracking number.

  • Packaging 3: Accessories and small items like necklace kits and trinkets will be sealed in small zip bags, Placed in padded bubble envelopes labeled and shipped. We typically ship two to three times per week. But we really try to ship your order out the next day if possible. All are tracked and you will receive a tracking number.

  • Late orders: We really try our best to get your order to you ASAP.  Realistically this is out of our control once we drop it off because.... well... Mail.  Please let us know if your order is or was really late so I can try to improve my shipping procedures and carriers in the future to better serve my customers.

  • Lost order:  If you do not receive your order contact me.  Once confirmed we may ship you a replacement ASAP. (Does not apply to the Sculptures/Models, These are unique one of a kind and not replaceable. Shipping  insurance will apply).

  • I take your privacy seriously, just like my own.  I do not store or distribute any information to anyone other than what is needed to ship out your purchase and charge your card. E-mail subscription (& Name if provided) is handled by Wix services app and is the only Information TOB uses for future contact to notify you of the lates news and releases. More on this below in Cookies & Web Policies.

  • If you purchase directly on the site "trickedoutbirdhouse.com" your payment will go through Wix secure payments.

  • If purchased on Etsy your payment will go through Etsy.

  • Please Subscribe to get notifications of new releases and blogs.  Only an email is needed. Your email will never be used for anything other than that.

  • Tricked Out Birdhouse is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

  • We DO NOT collect or sell data or personal information.

  • When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

  • We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Services;

  • To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support via E-mail.

  • To be able to notify our subscribers of new information

  • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide a service such as store check out

  • To comply with any applicable laws and regulations. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  TOB is built on the WIX platform which uses cookies for site operation and traffic for google analytics. We Have to comply with regulation by adding The cookies banner and options. Here is what Wix uses Cookies for. (we DO NOT collect or sell data)

Purchases & Payment:

  • You must signing up as a TOB member to purchase the fine art sculptures. This is for your security and mine, for sculpture/model registration and verification as all sculptures have a serial number that will be registered to you. All information is optional Accept for E-mail & Name which must Match the Payment method owners name for your security. Sign up is free.

  • Every Sculpture is signed.  Please see FAQ for signatures used.

  • Your transaction information is only used for just that and never for anything else.
